Computer/Network Triage

This is a service that has proven to be quite popular with our new customers. For a flat fee, we will come to your location and perform "triage" on your computer or network. We will spend up to three hours checking your system, diagnosing any problems.

Once we find out how sick the patient is, we will fix what we can on the spot. Then we tell you what additional steps you might want or need to take to improve its performance. Generally, we'll go over the different possibilities with you, and give you a set of recommendations. We tell you how much each item will cost, and what it will do for you.

We're not out to make money on hardware, so we have no reason to try to sell you anything. We prefer to act as trusted advisors.

The current price for a Computer Triage session is $350.
